2. Eligibility Criteria

1) Relevant Work Experience

At least 2 years of experience in cultural, artistic, athletic, or agricultural sectors within the last 5 years

Proven track record of significant contributions to the field, either nationally or internationally

2) Intent and Ability to be Self-Employed

Must have a plan to be self-employed in Canada in the same field

Business plan or proof of sustainability required

3) Points-Based Selection Criteria Applicants must score at least 35 out of 100 points based on:

Experience (up to 35 points)

Education (up to 25 points)

Age (up to 10 points)

Language proficiency (up to 24 points)

Adaptability (up to 6 points)

4) Medical and Security Clearance

Must pass health and background checks

 

3. Application Process

Submit the application and supporting documents to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)

Evaluation and Processing

Points-based assessment

Additional documents may be requested

Medical and Security Clearance
